As part of the Design for Health team, Aly Pennucci serves as the project coordinator and is the first point of contact providing technical assistance to BCBSMN funded communities. Aly also assists in creating model ordinances and comprehensive plan language, developing the web site and the technical assistance library. Aly joins us while pursuing a Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Minnesota . She brings with her an interest in land use and transportation planning, growth management and environmental planning.
Prior to her work on the Design for Health project, Aly has worked as an academic office manager, research assistant, database developer and grant manager. She also interned with Greenbelt Alliance, a land conservation and urban planning nonprofit in the Bay Area.
