City of Marshall
Marshall is the largest community in Southwestern Minnesota with a population of 13,000 residents. With funding from BCBS, the city will develop a pedestrian and bikeway plan that will serve as a framework for the development of bikeways and walkways and will feed into their comprehensive plan update.
