City of Minneapolis
The City of Minneapolis is using funds from the BCBSMN Active Community Planning grant to create a pedestrian master plan for downtown Minneapolis as part of the comprehensive plan update process. The Minneapolis pedestrian plan will become an overall policy document for pedestrian movement within the City of Minneapolis .
