Design for Health (DFH) focuses on how planners and other related occupations can play a role in changing the built environment in ways that may influence human health. DFH covers the following health topics:

Each topic includes DFH resources, such as Planning Information Sheets that provide examples of policy and plan implementation through commonly used planning strategies, image slideshows, digestible research summaries in the form of Key Questions, as well as a variety of other tools.
